Illinois biodiesel manufacturer BN National Trail announced this morning that it has protected a purchase agreement of all biodiesel process devices from Kreido Biofuels. The shipment of the devices is now underway from Houston, TX and is expected to arrive in Newton, IL by October
According to the business, the project is a shovel-ready site. It is located in an enterprise zone in Newton, IL near the second biggest transportation passage in the U.S. It's developed to optimize using development in the biofuels market as well as a much better understanding of how to beneficially handle a biodiesel production facility.
The scalable 30 MGPY center's essential differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the technology, proven in large-scale production in Europe today. This enables BN National Trail to develop with regional feedstock suppliers who will have the ability to supply crude soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low rate throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will originate from the innovative feedstock innovation program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being broadened to include algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE certified technology will be integrated with the new procedure equipment," verified CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has actually been provided for when the plant would start production.
"This purchase contract is a substantial advance for BN National Trail. Not just will it supply profits, however it will also accelerate plans by approximately 2 years." said CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it created, BN National Trail Holdings began searching for a site to commercialize a more energy efficient and low C02 processing technology for the biodiesel market. A national look for a shovel prepared project website to develop lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, an undertaking by local community members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The 5 years of foundation job advancement by National Trail combined with Blue Northern's skilled staff of biodiesel production, project management, and cash management know-how guarantees educated and element management that will enable BN National Trail to be an innovative and world class biodiesel facility.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research and development center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's objective will be to refine latest technology advances in biodiesel production and usages of eco-friendly energy. This will consist of examining several fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas
